When Gary asked if there was anything we could do to improve his Stormtrooper armour, (which had yellowed over the 10 years of ownership), we jumped at the chance to give this impressive kit a new lease of life!
The recent release of the Mandalorian series features Remnant Troopers, Imperial Stormtroopers who remain active many years after the Battle of Endor, yet more bandit like with tired armour which has started to deteriorate over time.

So it made sense to use this style as inspiration for the new paint job, which was applied after a good clean up of the vacuum formed parts.
Bing huge Star Wars fans this was a real treat to work on, and Gary got to display his updated Trooper at the Southampton Comic Con in July (despite the summer heat).
