In November 2019 the guys behind Boomtown Festival opened a new music venue in Bristol called ‘Area 404 Complex’, which is a multi-room experience based on the district of the same name we built at the festival in the summer.
We were asked to create the new ‘Core Reactor’ main stage, the venue’s entrance arch and the main themed street. Part of the set was to use existing features from the festival which were shipped up to Bristol, plus some exciting new features around the doorways for the new micro venues.
This was a blast to build with the legendary 404 build crew and we had a great time at the opening Halloween events which kick started something unique and exciting for the Bristol music scene.
