Legoland – Pumpkin Heads

For Legoland’s Halloween event ‘Brick or Treat’ we were asked by Merlin Magic Making to create 3 replica pumpkin heads from a master sculpt which they supplied. We added 3D printed ‘LEGO’ logo details to the top of the head, then constructed a large mold from which we could cast the 3 fibreglass replicas. These were then sprayed in a high gloss finish to the standard Lego colours with vinyl decal face details. We then sent these up to MMM who carried out the final onsite installation which looked great with the added crates and hay bales.
