VR Conference Centre

We were asked by Lost Horizon to develop a world which would host an in house company conference, for a team with offices around the world. The idea of the event space was to have various breakout rooms which departments could head to for specific subject meetings and users could experience the event in VR, in game using a keyboard & mouse or view live streams of the event. In each of the main auditoriums the brief was to have 2 screens, one which would stream a live zoom meeting and another to show powerpoint and pdf presentations, along with live greenscreen footage of a head speaker from the studio on the main stage.
This was incredibly interesting to work on and amazing to see the final result running live, the project team did a great job of compositing the footage, which even included a short motivational talk from astronaut Tim Peake in the space station cockpit.
This is just one example of how the technology can be used, we see applications for museums, tourist attractions, events etc. If you would like to have a tour of the various worlds in Lost Horizon and discuss how the tech can work for you get in touch with us via our contact page or the Lost Horizon team direct.
