CBeebies Land at Alton Towers was due an overall refresh, and we were asked to build the new archway which would act as one of the main portals into the new area.
It was crucial to keep the hand sculpted blocks, props and bugs (yellow characters) accurate to the IP, designs and 3D models which had been through a thorough sign off process.
The sculpted parts where then cast in fibreglass, finished then sprayed to a high gloss finish.
This one came out great and it was a real pleasure having an explosion of colour in the workshops!
